Frequently Asked Questions

FAQs

  • Why should I book with Noble Beginnings?

At Noble Beginnings, we strive for excellence no matter who the client is. Our number one priority is capturing your vision and bringing it to life! In addition, our planning process and tools make for a fun, personal and interactive way to plan you special wedding day. Moreover, you and your families should not have to work on such a special day! The focus should be celebrating your love, relationship and the beginning to a beautiful marriage. You’re the guests of honor at your wedding. Skip the stress and just book with us :)

  • This all sounds great. But is it worth the investment?

Obviously, I’m biased BUT yes. It absolutely is worth the investment. The average couple spends 300+ hours planning their own wedding. If you partner with us, we have already established great relationships with all kinds of different vendors with different styles to match with our unique clients. Having access to our knowledge and vendor recommendation list alone can save you SO many hours. In addition, we have plenty of tools, tips and tricks that we’d love to share with you!

Here’s how I view it: If your car breaks, you take it to the mechanic. If you need new plumbing, you go to a plumber. If you need wedding planning done, hire a wedding professional :)

  • What packages do you offer?

We offer two packages: Wedding planning and wedding management. You can find further details on each package here. Both are specially curated to your specific needs!

We also offer various add ons, which you can find here!

  • Will I still have any control in the wedding planning process if we book with you?

ABSOLUTELY! I know it can be scary to hand the reins over to someone else for such a special day but rest assured, our top priority is ensuring that we capture your vision for your day. You will be the final decider, I am your support and best wedding friend!

  • Do you take more than one wedding per day?

We do not! Considering the fact that we have only one lead planner still, we like to invest all of our energy and time as a company in one wedding per date.

Most of the time, too, we won’t even take more than one per weekend.

  • What happens in your sick and can't make my wedding day?

First off, I always put in the utmost effort to ensure I make your wedding (whether that be driving the long way because of road closures or having a LOOONG list of back up baby sitters for my kiddos). With that being said, in the case of a huge emergency, I have awesome relationships with other planners in most of the PNW area and would pull one of them in to take over for me.

  • How do you handle day of problems that come up?

Great question! I have now experienced and witnessed a vast amount of all kinds of “day of emergencies”. Once, I even had a bride get bright red lipstick on her white dress! EEK! Yes, I did in fact get it out ;)

But due to my experience, I always have back up plans for the “in cases”. I’m also a great problem solver and quick to think of different solutions in the moment.

  • What is the difference between wedding planning and wedding management?

Management is when we step in in the last few months before your event to take over all of the planning you’ve accomplished and make sure they’re executed properly in a stress free way on your wedding day! We act as a liason between the vendors, you and your partner, and the timeline to make sure your plans come together just the way you intended. Wedding planning is when we’ll work together to plan out every big and little detail of your event. We help you find & book vendors, create a design, track your budget, and organize all of the behind the scenes details. Our wedding planning service includes everything from the wedding management package, as well!

  • Where are you based out of? Do you travel outside of your city?

We are based in the beautiful city of Bend OR and absolutely adore all Central Oregon weddings. We do, however, service and travel to basically anywhere on the westside of the United States. We do not offer international planning at this time.
